Manage your Documents with it...

you can organize your documents with it, very much professional and highly handy if you deal with alot of documents each day... give it a try, home edition is free - you need to provide your email id after installation is complete, i gave my email id, later remembered about Mailinator... i just hope they wont spam my account. ok back to subject: what they say is you can better organize your documents with it, i think it includes Spreadsheets too...
After installing, my immediate feel is :

the start-up seems to be slow with that splash screen,
looks like eating alot of memory,

Possible Alternatives:

Google docs - with tagging feature( can work only online)
Google Notebook - Save notes and dont loose them (again online)

After Using:

I dont think Google Docs and Notebook can be a potential alternative for this.
You can handle any kind of documents that your OS supports.
You organize the folders/drawers/Cabinet the way you want it to be...
There's Task manager - which is mere OK.
Keeps all your documents in one common place, and you can take regular back-up - more professional way of living.
